It is miserable to suffer from insomnia. Can not sleep or often wake up. And have many dreams.

How to get rid of this trouble thing?

First, balance your diet everyday. Eat more fish, vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of water. Vitamin B is important to keep good mood and healthy, so eat food full of it. Control your ingested of nicotine, coffee, alcohol, especially when you are going to sleep. Do more sport, often smile, and relax.

Keep calm and quiet before sleep. Music is a good choice to help you. Do not watch TV or work in bed.

If can not sleep 20 min after go in bed, get up to walk or read for a while. When you feel sleepy, get bed again.

Get up timely everyday.
